|Recommended: YesSatisfactory — The stairways and the kitchen area has very bad air circulation so there is always a weird scent in these area. The walls don't really absorb the sound so I can hear my roommate's music constantly. The chair that came in with the dorm is very uncomfortable to sit in, it tilts constantly. And the mattress needs to be changed, its obvious the springs has been used for a long time. the table infront of the couch is too low for work to be done on it while sitting on the couch. the overall lighting in the room is abit too dark.
response from property -If you would like to put in a maintenance request for the mattress/bed springs, and also for your room’s light bulbs, we can certainly have our maintenance team look at those things for you! For the other furniture, the coffee table (in front of the couch) isn’t designed for being able to use it for work, which is why the desk is also included. The desk chair is a “two-position” chair, but if it’s uncomfortable, you are more than welcome to buy a cushion for it or even bring your own desk chair. Your kitchen and the building stairwells don’t have exterior windows to be able to circulate air; however, in your unit, you can use the exhaust vent above the stove to circulate air, and the air will also circulate as long as your HVAC system is running!

|Recommended: YesOverall, amazing — Room is lovely, it has everything a student needs. Kitchen is well equipped. Noise-isolation is not good, especially when neighbors are noisy. Location is great, penn state harrisburg campus, supermarkets and train station are all in walking distance.

|Recommended: YesGreat, and the layout and design are good. — The rooms are nice and the kitchen design is great. However, there are many insects outside the house. If you are afraid of insects, you need to find someone to accompany you.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and well taken care of. — It's situated right next to campus and the apartments are well maintained, as well as the grounds around them. There are plenty of amenities so it's a fairly good deal

|Recommended: YesPretty good, few downsides — It's nice but floors are thin, very easy to hear be heard by neighbors. Upgrade over on campus housing with better furniture and more space. Parking can be a nightmare with tight spots although not limited some just aren't convenient for your building probably best just to find a good spot and walk to and from campus. With a fairly short walk to the main buildings it's not bad when the weather is nice but you wouldn't want to walk it in a storm. Clubhouse is very nice and well taken care of. The key fob system for door locks and buildings is nice and very easy to use, nicer than traditional keys.

For residents who are concerned about the floors producing too much noise, we do like to recommend looking into area rugs since they can help cushion footsteps better. But we are happy that you consider are housing to be a suitable upgrade overall, and that you are enjoying our clubhouse and secure key fob system as much as we do!
